Window Cleaning
Window cleaning is carried out on a quarterly basis (Mar, Jun, Sep and Dec).
Car Parking
If you are unsure of your space allocation, please refer to your Lease document or tenancy agreement. If someone is parking in your space, please place this notice on the windscreen of the vehicle.

Compass Block Management does not have the power to clamp or remove vehicles. If you have reason to believe that a vehicle has been abandoned, please report this to the local authority. 
Noise Complaints
To report a noise complaint, you must provide the number of the apartment responsible. We will then write to the apartment in question.

Heading: Bin Store
Details: Further to our regular reminders about ensuring that bulky waste is not dumped in the bin store, yet again the following items have been dumped:-

  • Double mattress
  • Furniture
  • BBQ
  • Table
  • General rubbish

The bin men will not remove bulky rubbish and arrangements need to be made by residents direct with the Council for bulky or large items.

For those residents who are continually ignoring guidance about the use of the bin store, please have consideration for your neighbours and DO NOT DUMP LARGE OR BULKY ITEMS IN THE BIN STORE.  Not only is this causing issues with general waste collections but it is also costing the property owner money due to additional costs being incurred to have contractors attend and clean up.

Should we become aware on who is not using the store correctly then breach of lease charges and clean up charges will be incurred by them.

Heading: Bin Store
Details: We should be grateful if all residents would observe the following recommendations in order to help keep the bin store clean and tidy (for owners with tenants in situ please ensure that this information is relayed to your tenants thank you): –

  • All rubbish must be properly sealed in plastic bags, preferably bin liners.
  • All rubbish must be placed in one of the paladins provided and not left on the floor. The bin men will not remove any rubbish that is not in a paladin.
  • Do not overfill the paladins closest to the bin store door, when there may are others there with plenty of room in them.
  • Items such as cardboard boxes should be collapsed before being put in a paladin. Can the resident who has left a TV box and other boxes for kitchen appliances please cut up and bin correctly thank you.  The bin men will not take outside of the bins.
  • If you have any bulky rubbish for disposal (i.e. mattresses, furniture, etc), please contact Leicester City Council Waste Management to arrange a special collection.

Heading: Issue with Intercoms

Details: The biannual lighting inspections will be carried out this week. All internal and external lights across the developed will be checked and maintained.
