Car Parking
If you are unsure of your space allocation, please refer to your Lease document or tenancy agreement. If someone is parking in your space, please place this notice on the windscreen of the vehicle.

Details: We had asked the Senior Service Delivery Manager Central to put the pressure on to get the parts delivered urgently.  We were  advised that the parts had in fact now come in and Otis could look to repair the lift today.  However, we have just been advised that unfortunately the lift still remains out of service.  Otis advise that the lift control manufacturer has been sending over the incorrect PCBs to them and the same has happened again (3 times in total now).  The companies have asked us to pass on their sincere apologies for al these issues.

As part of this test, the engineer will require access to all the apartments on the above floors in order to test the detectors in each apartment. 

Each check, assuming that nothing is found to be wrong, will take a few minutes and the engineer will be supervised by Eamonn at all times. It is very important that these detectors are properly checked and we would be grateful if residents would liaise with Eamonn so that we can access your apartment on the day.

We are advised by the Council that unfortunately they are still behind with recycling bin collections and the service re-design is still ongoing.  They advise that looking ahead they are starting to see better staffing levels and hopefully a return to consistency.  They do advise that from next week the service should improve but the main problem area they are experiencing at the moment is the recycling area.  In the meantime, residents are asked to ensure that all rubbish (including recycling) is placed in the general paladins provided when the recycling bins become full.  Please ensure that all rubbish is broken down.  Thank you.

Details: The Directors of the Management Company have brought to our attention that an application for a licence for “A Sexual Entertainment Venue” was submitted to Birmingham City Council on 18th December 2018.

The venue is La Belle’s at 61 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B1 1DA (opening hours 20:00 hours to 06:00 hours)

The Directors of the Management Company urge all owners and residents to make objections to this application due to the close proximity of the venue to Millennium Apartments and what is deemed to be inappropriate use.

Birmingham City Council have advised that anyone wishing to make objections must do so in writing 28 days after the date of the application stating the grounds for the objection to:-

– Roof – metal walk way and rail will be brushed down and painted
